Elaine Newell   BSc (Hons), DipCG, NVQ Level 5 Operational Management, NVQ Level 4 Learning and Development, D32,33,34 Elaine was Workforce Development Manager for Careers Solutions for over 10 years where she managed a team of trainers and assessors.  She developed and delivered professional training courses to meet the needs of the organisation. This encompassed NVQ and more recently QCF qualification including the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development. She has an NVQ Level 5 in Operational Management and a NVQ Level 4 in Learning and Development.  Elaine completed a  Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance in 1983 and worked as a Careers Adviser for many years in Merseyside and Greater Manchester.  She is experienced and qualified in the use of psychometric aptitude and personality tests (Level A and Level B). Elaine is a member of the CDI, the Institute for Learning and the British Psychological Society.
